Mammadov Subhan Zakir

Mammadov Subhan graduated from the Law Faculty of Baku State University. He was engaged in pedagogical activity in law, also worked in responsible positions at the Supreme Court of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Forensic Expertise Center, and was the head of the Legal Department of the Baku Representative Office of the “Group 4” company. From 2005 until today, he is a member of the Bar Association of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Since 2002, Mammadov Subhan is the Director of “Expert SM” International Law and Business Consulting Company. He participated in many projects and conducted many successful projects. ATAYEV ILHAM AHMAD

Atayev Ilham graduated with a master’s degree from the West Caspian University, specializing in “Legal Regulation of the Economy”. He has over 15 years of experience in the legal field working in various companies. In particular, he worked for about ten years as a director at “HGSM” LLC, which provided services in the fields of taxes and law.
Additionally, he graduated from Azerbaijan State Economic University in 1997 with a degree in “Accounting, Control and Analysis of Economic Activity.” Before beginning his legal career, he worked for about 15 years in various positions in the accounting field. Specifically, he served as chief accountant at a joint venture operating in the oil sector. In addition, he has worked in different years at two international auditing companies belonging to the “Big Four”: as an accounting manager at Azerbaijan branch of “Price Waterhouse Coopers” Company and as a tax manager at “KPMG Azerbaijan” Company. He also has many years of experience in finance and law (in total over 9 years) at one of the leading insurance companies in Azerbaijan. Due to his knowledges in accounting, Atayev Ilham was included in the Advisory Council on Accounting, which was established by the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan on August 25, 2005, under number 250s.
Due to his theoretical knowledge and practical experience in three different sectors of the economy (engineering and technical, economic and legal sectors), he successfully established himself in the field of risk management, working concurrently for more than 9 years as a risk manager at a local auditing company. In addition, he provided consulting services in risk management, conducting entrepreneurial activities as a consultant. He is fluent in Azerbaijani, Russian and English languages.
Ismayilov Yusif Yashar

Yusif Ismayilov graduated from the Law Faculty of Baku State University. He worked as a specialist at the Judicial Academy of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Azerbaijan, secretary at the Baku Court of Appeal, head of the Legal Department at Azersu OJSC, and has been a member of the Bar Association of the Republic of Azerbaijan since 2012. Amirova Reyhan graduated from the Faculty of Law of Tashkent State University with a master’s degree. For a long time, she worked as a lawyer in the Judiciary in responsible positions and in law firms. She has completed training courses on the right to fair trial, constitutional proceedings and the provisions of the European Convention on Human Rights, and has certificates from the AR Bar Association, the Council of Europe and the American Bar Association CEELI. Ibrahimov Mehman is a professional lawyer over 30 years of experience in the field of law. He graduated from the Faculty of Law of Saint Petersburg State University in 1992. He has held leading positions at the State Property Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Azerbaijan State Academy of Fine Arts, SOCAR’s Legal Department and other organizations. Zakira Huseynova

Zakira Huseynova is a highly experienced commercial lawyer with more than 30 years of professional legal practice. She graduated from the Law Faculty of Baku State University with a specialist degree in educational law, and later continued her education in the USA. From 1990 to 1995, she also taught Labor Law and Social Protection Law at Baku State University. In 1996, she joined AIOC/BP as a Legal Adviser and, later, as Senior Legal Adviser and Senior Counsel. During her nearly three decades at BP (1996–2024), she provided extensive legal support to the Azerbaijan, Georgia, and Turkey offices.
